Customer Support Advisor
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Support Advisor based near Camborne. You will be joining a friendly and dynamic team, working for a leading technology company.
We are seeking candidates that ideally have previous experience working on a technical customer support help-desk, helping deal with queries and resolving issues. However if you come from a strong telephone/ customer service background with excellent customer service skills we would also be interested in hearing from you!
If you have good technical skills this would be an advantage, but not essential.
On a day to day basis the Customer Support Advisor will be responsible for acting as first point of contact for customer queries relating to technical software support and general queries and supporting the sames and marketing teams to include:
- Maintaining accurate database records of interactions with clients and sales contacts within the CRM Software
- Taking ownership of responding to requests from customers via telephone / email
- Educate and Train Users in the use of the companies products
- Assist with sales development and fulfilment , providing cover for inbound sales enquiries
Role includes a shift allowance to be discussed upon application
Hours are 8am to 8pm or 8pm to 8am, working 2 days (8am to 8pm) followed by 2 nights (8am to 8pm), then 4 off.
25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
