We are recruiting for a Customer Support Advisor for a Technology company in their scientific application department.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling high call/ email volumes 
  • First point of contact for emails, phone calls.
  • Responding to queries, handling complaints, recording customer details and setting up appointments.
  • Communicating with key clients
  • Continuous review of our internal customer service standards & make recommendations/take follow-up actions as required.
  • Ensuring a positive relationship with clients and internal customers to deliver results.
  • Administration management in support of customer quotations and invoicing
