Our client is a small domestic gas company based in Fleet who have an exciting opportunity available for a Customer Support Administrator. The successful candidate will be confident, reliable and hard working with good customer service skills. The successful candidate should be happy to work on their own initiative and with occasional lone working to cover holiday/sickness.

Duties for the Customer Support Administrator:

  • Booking in jobs for the engineers
  • Liaising with clients, agents, tenants and landlords via telephone and email
  • Creating comprehensive reports, quotes and ordering parts for works to be carried out and following up as necessary.
  • Providing quotations for labour and parts required
  • General office administration
  • Invoicing on Sage

Required Skills for the Customer Support Administrator

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent admin and IT skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Good numeracy
  • Able to use initiative, prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Occasional lone working after training to cover sickness and holiday
  • Flexible attitude
  • Good verbal & written English
  • Knowledge of Sage would be advantageous (not essential)

Terms

  • Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
  • £23-25k DOE & NEG
  • 20 days holiday plus BH
