We are currently recruiting for one of our trusted clients for the role of a Customer Success Manager. Join a technology enterprise based in the UK, revolutionising the global product sector. Main Responsibilities as a Customer Success Manager

  • Oversee the implementation of campaign offerings across different media channels after sales.
  • Take charge of managing timelines and deadlines for multiple brand partner projects, including handling creative assets, setting up technology, and resolving any issues.
  • Collaborate with brand partners and media teams to provide advice on digital sampling and the best practices for creative content.
  • Keep track of live campaign activity, address any challenges that emerge, and work closely with the consumer journeys and data team.
  • Assist the account management team in providing post-campaign analytics and fostering relationships with clients.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Requires 2-4 years within a SAAS environment working with enterprise clients.
  • Possesses strong organisational skills and excels in managing time effectively.
  • Approaches tasks methodically with a focus on processes, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.
  • Exhibits robust critical and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Displays adeptness in building and maintaining relationships, alongside excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Delivers work with a high level of efficiency and precision.
  • Italian speaker - highly desirable
