Customer Success Manager - Graduate Considered

A brilliant opportunity for a Customer Success Manager to join a market leading disruptive software technology firm in London, UK. Offering excellent training, career progression and prospects, this is an ideal time to join this growing organisation and be guided by some of the brightest minds. You will be supporting a customer base, ensuring customers are able to use the product as designed and educating customers on use of the technology.

Location: Central London- Hybrid - 3 days on site

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 + healthcare, pension etc.

Requirements for Customer Success Manager:

  • A minimum of a 2.1 bachelors from an internationally renowned University in Law, History, Geography, Physics or similar
  • At least AAB at A-Level or international equivalent (please ensure A Level grades are included on your CV).
  • Excellent customer-facing skills - you should have previously held a role where you have dealt with customers
  • A motivated self-starter with a problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to work with autonomy and as part of a team
  • Great communication skills with fluent spoken and written English

Responsibilities for Customer Success Manager:

  • You will be the main point of contact, providing an excellent customer experience. You will be liaising with clients, sales team and technical teams
  • Execute seamless handovers between pre-sales and post-sales
  • Help clients get the most out of the software product, overseeing customer engagement and fostering client relationships
  • Solve client problems and resolve issues/queries quickly and help with user adoption
  • Act as a voice for the customer, providing insights to internal teams to enhance service delivery
  • Maximise customer renewals through user engagement
