Customer Success Account Manager for Health and Safeguarding Software.

Remote UK Wide. Current workforce mainly live near Bristol and M5 corridor but they are now fully remote.

£30,000 - £35,000 + Comprehensive Benefits. Good room for progression.

Established and fast-growing Health applications software house requires experienced Customer Success oriented Account Manager to work for an innovative company that are obsessed with customer satisfaction. The company work with high profile clients in both the private and public sector with a collaborative, purposeful attitude to problem solving. They have experienced a period of rapid growth within their bespoke development and product development verticals of the business and are seeking an exceptional individual to join their talented team. The company create and manage bespoke digital platforms that save time and save lives. This is a remote position with occasional socials.

The Role:

  • Be the first point of contact after the sales handover.
  • Deliver remote training on the products covered within the Customer Success Team.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients, including local configuration of new products for clients.
  • Maintain training guides and onboarding documentation.
  • Speak directly with clients offering support over the phone, by email, through the Hubspot portal and live chat function.
  • Manage CRM information relating to your accounts.
  • Ensure high levels of customer retention and satisfaction across your allocated client base.
  • Monitor product usage and proactively support those seemingly struggling.
  • Report into and offer support to the Product Owner and Customer Success Manager

Required skills and experience:

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong people skills with a flair for "small talk"
  • Circa 2 years commercial experience in Account management or Customer experience - will consider those from a non-software or IT background although being IT literate in use of modern office computer applications and other CRM and or Software Platforms is essential.
  • Professional, yet personable telephone manner
  • A keen interest to learn and succeed in an evolving customer centric systems provider environment.
  • Any previous experience in customer service, customer success or IT, Software or professional services are all valued and of interest.
