Hybrid working; This position will allow you to work 2 days at home and 3 days in the offices. 
Note: This is a varied position where 80% of your enquiries will be email based the other 20% will be telephone based and no two enquiries will be the same .
Salary : £25000 plus a 5 % bonus Plus Fantastic benefits which are listed below  :
Hours :Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours and you will need to be flexible  between the hours of 8am and 6pm  
 
Dynamite Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for our client based in Portsmouth that are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Executive to join the business.
 
 As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for 
  • Manging client accounts , responding to customer enquiries within agreed timeframes.
  • Managing various enquiries via email , prioritising in list of importance (80%)
  • Assist customers via the telephone (20% )
  • Managing business customer relationships 
  • Handle general customer communication from the initial point of contact through to completion.
  • Manage complaints where required. 
  • Liaising with third parties and internal departments to support each customer enquiry. 
  • Transfer calls to relevant departments. 
  • Complete various administration
   Experience required. 
  • Previous telephone-based customer service / call handling experience is required.
  • Strong communication skills and experience
  • Good written communication skills
  • Good administration experience
  • Have the ability to multitask and spin lots of plates whilst working to deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
