Overview:

Our leading Property brand client is recruiting for a Team Leader to Join the team on a permanent basis. Working along side the Customer Services Team and reporting to the Head of Customer Services, you will play a key role in driving the customer experience, developing process efficiency's, helping to develop best practice and overall ensuring the customer received the best possible service.

Duties Include

  • Support Customer services team with day to day activity
  • Support the team with any escalated complaints
  • Work with management to analyse process and develop best practice
  • Lead other team members in developing performance, goals and KPI's
  • Support management with strategy
  • Coach and mentor more junior team members

Experience Needed

  • Proven Team Leader experience
  • Ability to coach and motivate others
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Team player
  • Good problem solving skills
  • keen to develop and progress
