Customer Services Account Manager

Brand new role for an impressive client who leading in their field and expanding due to continued success!

This is a key role, and you will be dealing with business clients and their needs and account movements and orders.

Duties

Dealing with existing live clients and order queries

Advising on latest product ranges and availabilities

Contacting lapsed or dormant clients to advise on new stock

Dealing with resellers and business to business account holders

Dealing with quotes

Chasing confirmation of orders

Dealing with emails and sending out rates

Use of internal platforms such as 'shopify’

Attending meeting with immediate manager

Working with customer services department

Building strong relationships with clients

Experience

Previous experience in Customer Services or Customer Account Management is Essential!
