They are currently seeking additional Customer Service Representatives due ongoing developments and with training you will become responsible for providing an efficient and effective administration and customer service for their Mortgage and Savings Accounts customers.

The role alternates between administration and customer services, where you will be involved in:

  • Providing information on products and services offered by the Society to existing customers .
  • With training, undertake general day to day administration duties encompassing all aspects of customer acoounts, savings accounts, mortgage Accounts and other financial products procedures
  • Prepare and issue standard or dictated letter/correspondence responses to customers

With a willingness to learn and develop it is essential that you possess proven communication and organisational skills. with your experience ideally gained within n administration/customer service environment. The client will also look at candidates leaving education (school, college or university that have some work expereince.
