Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy helping others, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Enter customer data and update account information in the CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
