Job Title: Customer Service
Location: Manchester
Salary: Up to £27,000 OTE £40,000+
Schedule: Full-Time, Every Other Weekend Off

Responsibilities for our Customer Service representative:

* Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their rental needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Sales: Effectively sell our diverse range of rental vehicles, upselling additional services when appropriate.
* Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our fleet, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
* Documentation: Ensure accurate completion of rental agreements and related paperwork.
* Customer Satisfaction: Strive to exceed customer expectations, ensuring a positive and memorable rental experience.

Requirements for our Customer Service representative:

* Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive or service industry.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
* Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
* Team Player: Collaborative attitude to work seamlessly within a team.
* Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* Driving License: A valid driving license is required.
