- Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4pm Friday

Do you have a great telephone manner, can you easily build a good and lasting rapport with people and have exceptional customer service skills? You would be the right fit as the new Internal Sales and Account Manager for my client, which specialises in creative and cutting-edge technology. You don't need technical knowledge - your engaging personality is key.
The role includes:
- Re-engaging with previous customers
- Providing customer service and technical advice on products (training given)
- Offering a bespoke consultative service on pricing and delivery
- Working alongside the sales team to identify potential new customers
- Growing your market knowledge and analysing purchasing trends of existing customers
- Maintaining the customer database
You will have a customer service background with an engaging personality and will be able to work from the Head Office in Eastbourne, please apply asap.
