Customer Service Specialist - Exeter office/hybrid split

£24,000 salary with opportunity to increase

Baker Snell Recruitment is partnering with an award-winning Exeter-based employer, seeking highly motivated individuals for their Customer Services team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the key point of contact for their customers, delivering exceptional service and supporting company goals.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Front line support
  • Handling new and sometimes unique situations, supporting customers
  • Maintaining relationships with internal teams
  • Ongoing training and learning to keep knowledge up to date

We are looking for:

  • Enthusiastic, detail-oriented individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
  • Previous experience in dealing with customers and providing high levels of service
  • IT literate and familiar with MS Office products
