Customer Service - Sawtry

  • Processing Customer Orders
  • Handling customer queries & complaints
  • Calling customers to discuss requirements and needs.
  • Dealing with logistics companies for deliveries/collections, competitive transport rates, and paperwork, Fuel surcharge rates.
  • Maintain customer relationships and identify opportunities
  • Detailed reports for customers
  • HMRC Documents paperwork
  • General adhoc admin, including paperwork following audit / ISO procedure
  • Updating data for FX Rates on customers
  • Other duties as assigned Minimum Educational Qualifications:
  • Maths and English GCSE equivalent Preferred

Experience:

  • Sage 200c advantageous
  • Microsoft Office
