Job Description:
Job Title: Customer Ser

£25,000 per annum basic salary + 20% discretionary bonus based on the achievement of KPI's
Scope of Role:
Working within a busy environment, you will be responsible for handling outbound calls and written communications, which must be approached in a polite and efficient way to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties.
Operating Hours:
37.5 hours per week Flexibility is required at times; however, you will normally be required to work the following hours:
35 hour week Monday - Friday working across three shifts 8 a- 4 pm ,9-5 ,10-6 Saturdays 9am - 12 pm in a rotational basis
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills , the ability to build lasting relationships over the phone
you need
background of working in consumer facing roles with experience of cross selling
Exceptional communication skills ( written and verbal )
Intermediate IT skills ( Microsoft Office)
Great relationship building skills excellent telephone manner
Previous track record of working within a sales or outbound customer service environment
