Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading company in the industry, is looking for a friendly and professional customer service representative to join their team in Surrey. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to their customers, answering their queries and resolving their issues via phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Provide accurate and timely information about the company’s products and services, as well as policies and procedures
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or manager
  • Record and update customer information in the database
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • A positive and professional attitude, with a customer-oriented mindset
