Monday to Friday between 8.00am - 5.30pm (40 hour week)
up to £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

The role of Customer Service Team Leader requires you to provide excellent and inspirational leadership to the client experience team.

You must have the ability to drive and increase performance by taking a strong customer focus approach and make sure that all the department SLA’s are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Customer Service Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our client experience team and enhancing overall client satisfaction.

The Customer Service Team Leader will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of the customer experience team, ensuring a consistent high standard of customer services.

  • Provide excellent leadership to the Client Experience Team and foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture.
  • Carrying out 121’s and disciplinaries.
  • Coach and develop team members, supporting personal development.
  • Create a culture within your team that is consistent with the clients values and principles.
  • Engage and motivate team members to exceed expectations and contribute to a positive workplace environment.
  • Working closely with other departments including marketing and business services.
  • Provide support to resolve everything swiftly and professionally.
  • Report writing.

Skills and experience:

  • Proven leadership experience in a client-facing role
  • Highly motivated
  • Happy to contribute new ideas, procedures and processes
  • Strong ability to drive performance through a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding SLA's and quality standards.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team to achieve common goals.

Working through Caraires...
