Are you immediately available and looking for temporary work? We are working with a well-known and respected company in Leeds who are seeking an experienced customer service adviser to support them at this busy time. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and have worked in either a similar phone-based role or perhaps retail or hospitality and have the customer at the heart of everything you do. Your day-to-day tasks will involve;

  • Dealing with all inbound calls
  • Logging and processing orders
  • Dealing with ad hoc queries
  • General administrative support

This is a great opportunity to work in a fantastic team at a very busy time, this fully office based role will have working hours 8-5 Monday-Friday. The successful candidates must have;

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong MS Office experience
  • Customer service experience within a phone or face to face environment.
  • Able to commit to an ongoing temporary role
