Job Titl: Sales Enquiry Specialist

Location: High Wycombe (With potential Hybrid working)

Salary: £23,795

Working as part of a friendly Customer Relations Team, you will use your customer service skills to respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

The hours of work are on a weekly rota basis between 07.00 - 19.00, Monday to Friday (8-hour shift).

The company offers nice offices and good support, the team enjoys success and is well-respected.

The successful candidate will have a positive outlook and be part of a team answering all the incoming calls to the company. You will be acting as the first point of contact so you must give an exceptional service, understanding the customers' needs clearly and putting them through to the correct department. If the person they wish to speak to is not available you must take a complete, concise message, ensuring all details are correct!

You are the voice of the company - communicating and focusing on customers, finding and delivering solutions.
