Our client is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their dedicated team. With a passion for providing exceptional service, you will play a crucial role in responding to customer enquiries and ensuring all administration is carried out accurately and on time.

For this role you will be able to work on a hybrid basis, based within the Aylesbury office one day a week. The role is on a temporary basis for a 12 month period, the working hours are full-time 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday, you will also be required to work one Saturday morning in four, in return you will get a day off in the week.

As a Customer Service Executive, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Answering all incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner
  • Making outbound calls for tasks such as missed payments, information gathering, and new client applications
  • Responding to customer enquiries, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all documentation
  • Handling and attempting to resolve customer complaints
  • Maintaining accurate client information using computer systems

To excel in this role, you should possess the following key skills and attributes:

  • Effective questioning and listening skills
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office and strong keyboard skills
  • Clear verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiasm and passion for achieving positive results
  • Ability to cope well under pressure with determination and perseverance

Desirable qualifications and experience include:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Proven track record of meeting performance targets
  • Reliability and a sense of responsibility
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
