Are you looking for a short-term opportunity to gain valuable experience in customer service? Do you enjoy interacting with people and solving their problems? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our temporary customer service representative position!

As a temporary customer service representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from our customers. You will answer their queries, provide information, and offer solutions in a courteous and professional manner. You will also record customer details, update account information, and follow up on customer feedback.

To be successful in this role, you need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a positive and flexible attitude. You also need to be proficient in using computers and various software applications, such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Previous experience in customer service or telemarketing is preferred, but not required.
