Up to £24k Starting Salary | £12k OTE | Exeter

Our client, a procurement consultancy that prides itself on its excellent client support and is experiencing growth is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team based in Exeter.

The ideal candidate will have office-based experience, within the Energy and telecommunications sectors, and be able to manage client accounts/ portfolios.

Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm, earlier finish on a Friday!

What will you be doing?

  • Managing client retention
  • Responsible for multiple client portfolios and reaching agreed targets
  • Providing support, guidance and outstanding customer service
  • Contacting existing & new clients to generate business (not cold calling)

Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience within an office-based environment
  • Proven experience within the Telecommunications and/or energy sectors
  • Proven Experience in reaching SLTs
  • Passionate about providing a high-level of client satisfaction

The Benefits

  • Salary £24,000 rising to £26,000 after probation
  • Sale bonus of up to £1,000 per month
  • 26 holidays plus bank holidays
  • Monday to Friday 9-5 with 1 hour for lunch
