Customer Service Representative - bilingual (German and English)
Basingstoke - Hybrid working

Job Description:
We're in search of a bilingual (German and English) Customer Service Representative with a proactive attitude. This role involves being the main point of contact for European customers, processing orders, handling complaints, and coordinating with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for European customers, providing necessary information and support.
  • Process customer orders, manage complaints, and handle requests for quotations.
  • Coordinate new material requests and assist in administrative tasks for the Field team.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to meet their requirements.
  • Optional participation in customer visits and public exhibitions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP and CRM systems required.
  • Fluent in English and German (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
