Customer Service Operator

Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Freight Customer Service Operator who has experience with Freight Forwarder. The company are a busy well established Freight Forwarder based in the Tamworth, Birmingham.

Job duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure customer bookings are accurately taken and entered into operations system, International, National and Cross trade.
• Booking deliveries in with customers
• Ensure Bookings made with origin offices
• Liaising with suppliers and origin offices
• Invoicing and administration
• Building strong relationships with customers
• Aid credit controllers with the collection of overdue payments from suppliers and clients

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Freight
• High level attention to detail.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to prioritise and organise own workload.
• Must be a team player.

Monday - Friday 0830 - 1730
