I am currently recruiting for a Customer Service Operator for a well-established company based in Wokingham on an on going temporary basis, minimum 3 months.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact GP Surgeries: Proactively reach out to GP surgeries via phone and email to request medical records for our clients.

Follow-Up: Chase and follow up on outstanding requests to ensure timely retrieval of medical records, maintaining clear and detailed records of all communications.

Problem-Solving: Act as a liaison between our clients and GP surgeries to resolve any issues or discrepancies in medical record requests promptly and effectively.

Customer Communication: Keep our clients informed throughout the process, providing updates on the status of their medical record requests and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.

Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain records of all interactions and communications in our database systems.

Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of medical records obtained, conducting quality checks and verifying information as needed.
