This exciting new role is overseeing a medium sized Customer Services team based in West London. It involves Operational and logistical aspects and will also involve some transformation projects.

The client is a medium sized FMCG business based in West London.
Description
The key responsibilities will include but not be limited to-
- Overseeing the day to day running of the medium sized CS team
- Setting KPI's and targets
- Creating a positive and inspired working environment
- Liaising with other departments and working collaboratively- especially with Sales
- Resolving issues and partaking in process improvement projects
- Working to SLA's and improving these
- Working closely with international operations and logistics
- Overseeing the logistical coordination aspect of the business
- Working on projects and CRM system changes
Profile
Key skills that are sought are-
- Similar experience in a previous role, Customer service team management of a small to medium sized team
- Knowledge of process improvement and working on projects
- An understanding of logistics
- A positive and can do attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- A collaborative and thoughtful way of working
- Solid knowledge of CRM systems and use within this environment
- Be resolution orientated
- Be resourceful and forthcoming
