Profile

A successful Customer Service Manager should have:

  • A degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Proven experience in a customer service leadership role
  • Strong understanding of customer service techniques and strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and databases
