Job Title: Customer Service Manager

Salary: £32,000 - £38,000

Location: Windsor

A market leader in their industry our client is expanding their team, looking for a Customer Service Manager to run a customer service team in a B2B environment. You will lead and mentor your team, ensuring SLAs and industry and compliance standards are met. You will work with senior management to improve processes, building a strong and productive team.

You will be responsible for periodic one-to-one’s with the team, identifying areas for improvement and supporting the individual through this.

Continuously working to improve customer satisfaction, identifying and resolving issues, improving response and resolution times. You will lead your team by example - learning about the industry and helping to develop their knowledge.

Our client offers a team-oriented environment in lovely offices in central Windsor - parking is provided. This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday, your team will need guidance and support, ensuring a positive team environment.
