Customer Service Manager

Harefield, Middlesex

£37,500 + Pension + Parking

A driven Customer Service Manager is required to join a really successful local organisation, manage their customer service team and develop strong business relationships with major clients.

Some of your duties will include:

- Overseeing the smooth running of the customer service function and managing a team of Customer Service Assistants

- Allocating work on a daily basis, monitoring performance levels and providing support and training as needed

- Dealing with a range of client requests and processing sales orders received onto the computer system

- Managing existing client accounts and developing new business opportunities in the commercial sector

- Liaising with clients extensively over the telephone and building successful long term business relationships

- Raising client invoices, recording payments received on clients account and chasing overdue accounts
