Customer Service Executive
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience in customer service. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where customer satisfaction is paramount.
Job Details:
- Salary, £26 - 27k
- Hours 8am til 5pm Monday to Thursday early finish on a Friday
- Full time permanent role
Key Purpose of Job:
The purpose of this role is to help customers with their order requirements. Deal with their questions and supply customers with information about our products and services. Then process the orders, put them on the system and deal with the customer through the order process until the customer takes delivery

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Responding promptly to customer enquiries
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Acknowledging and resolving any customer feedback, particularly if an issue needs quick resolution
- Knowing our products and services so that you can answer questions
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Provide a point of contact / link between customer and production
- Register sales orders on Sage
- Offer quotes to customers
- Update daily log - notify customers of shipping details
- Support commercial team with sample requests / quotes / production etc
- All other reasonable duties as may be assigned
