Customer Service Executive responsibilities:

Manage a high volume of inbound sales calls
Use a consultative approach to identifying the best solutions
Process sales administration
Support field-based colleagues
Deliver a first-class customer experience
Complete CRM administration

Customer Service Executive skills, traits, and experience

Degree level education
12 months of customer service or inside sales experience
Strong communication skills
Desire for success
A resilient nature
High levels of motivation
Accountability
