Customer Service Executive - National Insurance Tullow

National Insurance in conjunction with Campion Insurance, now part of PIB Group, is one of the largest insurance brokers in Ireland. We also provide a full range of health, life, pension, investment and mortgage products.
Customer Service Executive - Personal Lines

We are seeking to recruit a Customer Service Executives for our Personal Lines team in our Tullow office . The role will consist of managing existing client relationships by servicing a renewal book of car, home and van policies. Cross sales referrals for both the Life & Pensions and Health arms of our business is expected. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, motivated and disciplined individual with a positive can do attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieving Renewal Income Retention targets
  • Generating leads through cross selling of Life & Pensions & Health products
  • Generating leads for the General Personal Lines & Commercial Departments
  • Delivering Excellent Customer Service
  • Maintaining the highest compliance standards

Key Qualifications & Skills required
  • CIP or APA Personal General Insurance or working towards the exams
  • RELAY software experience desired but not essential
  • Proficient Microsoft office skills desired
  • Experience working in insurance broker or insurance company an advantage
