Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive in Wokingham.

Working days: Monday - Friday

Duration: 3 Months Minimum

Hours: Full time

Pay rate: £13ph

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Providing excellent customer service via phone and email, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Managing customer accounts, processing orders, and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery
  • Providing Quotations
  • Collaborating with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating the internal database

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude
