Customer Service Executive
Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive in Wokingham.
Working days: Monday - Friday
Duration: 3 Months Minimum
Hours: Full time
Pay rate: £13ph
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Providing excellent customer service via phone and email, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Managing customer accounts, processing orders, and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Providing Quotations
- Collaborating with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating the internal database
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude
