Customer Service Executive

Salary: £26,000-30,000 with commission

Mainly remote (Birmingham)

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are hiring for a Customer Service Executive. Our client is a forward-thinking software service company in the education sector. They are searching for a professional individual with a proactive attitude and excellent customer service skills to join their growing team. This role is mainly remote with two days in the office every six weeks.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Client management: To onboard new clients and to retain existing clients through contract renewals
  • Liaising between clients and the internal team to ensure feedback is received and help to improve service
  • Using the internal CRM System to import data and record client files

The ideal candidate:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to build relationship with clients and the internal team
  • Tech savvy with experience in SAAS products
  • Willingness to learn and ability to adapt to new challenges
  • A proactive attitude and passion to helping others in education
