Customer service executive
The position of a Customer Service Executive in the electrical manufacturing sector requires an individual with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to customer care. Description
Key responsibilities will consist of:
- Handling customer queries and providing timely solutions.
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Maintaining detailed customer records.
- Providing feedback to the management on customer issues and trends.
- Assisting in the development of customer service procedures and policies.
- Coordinating with other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Participating in customer service training and development programs.
- Creat engaged & sustainable with client relations in order to contribute to repetitive business & repeat custom.
- Contributing to the overall customer service team goals and objectives.
Profile
A successful Customer Service Executive should have:
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Experience within account handling, customer service or business prospecting.
- A proactive approach to customer care.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Sales order processing skills.
- Ability within order inputting & invoice raising.
- Strong organisational skills.
- An ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
