Our client is a leading provider of cloud based solutions for all kinds of businesses, based in the Burton area.

They currently have an amazing opportunity for a Customer Service Executive to join their friendly team. The company is committed to providing exceptional customer service and are looking for someone who can rise to the challenge and be responsible for handling all kinds of technical queries.

This is a role which will suit someone who has experience of working in the telecoms industry as you will be serving as the primary point of contact for queries and support. General duties will entail:

  • Diagnosis and solving of technical issues
  • Liaising with vendors such as Gamma, BT, etc
  • Communicate technical information in a clear and concise fashion
  • Document and track client interactions, issues, etc

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have worked in a similar role before and possess excellent communication skills. You should have proven technical ability and be familiar with BT, Gamma, etc.
