Customer Service Executive

They are currently seeking ann additiona team member within their new business team, where you will be the the first point of contact for new customers and intermediaries who are making enquiries about the financial products (ISA’s, Bonds and Mortgages etc.) and services offered by the Society. This can include but not be limited to
- Issuing relevant literature, illustrations and application forms for savings accounts, mortgages and additional loans to prospective and existing customers and to intermediaries.
- Responding to requests for progress updates from customers or intermediaries between receipt of the application and the Completion of a mortgage account.
- Contacting and liaising with their existing mortgage customers to provide details of alternative products at the end of their Mortgage product
Whilst financial services experience is handy, it is not essential as full training will be provided, however, it is essential that you possess a good level of communication and organisational/administrative skills, coupled with the motivation and willingness to learn.
