Our client is a dynamic event organiser, known for producing highly respected and commercially successful conferences all over the world. They are seeking a passionate Customer Service Executive to join their vibrant team.

The Role:

As a Customer Service Executive, you'll be the frontline hero, ensuring their clients experience excellence at every turn. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up events and platforms with precision and finesse.
  • Guiding delegates through the booking process with care and expertise.
  • Managing invoicing, credit control, and refunds for seamless transactions.
  • Providing end-to-end customer service, guaranteeing satisfaction.
  • Coordinating with on-site registration partners for flawless execution.
  • Processing visa applications and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborating with tech and IT for continuous system enhancement.

What We're Looking For:

Essential:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service/administration.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or Cvent, and Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong affinity with digital systems and platforms.

Behavioural Competencies:

  • Customer-first approach, ability to thrive under pressure, proactive mindset.
  • A natural problem solver, team player and positive mindset
  • A willingness to travel / work late on occasion during event delivery periods.
