Manchester Staff is working with a well-established company looking for a dynamic & outgoing executive to add to their successful customer service team. The successful candidate will be responsible with communicating with inbound customers, ensuring that they are dealt with in a proper & enthusiastic manner. The ideal candidate will become part of a fun, competitive, team culture. Our client are focused on rewarding hard work through employee incentives, trips abroad & company social events. The Customer Service executive will be the face of the company on the phone and will be responsible for helping inbound customers & dealing with enquiry emails in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Communicating effectively & professionally to inbound customers.
  • Dealing with customer support emails & proactively answering the phone.
  • Adhering to compliance requirements daily.
  • Meeting deadlines and ensuring all enquiries on your desk are dealt with on time.
  • Building rapport with customers & other departments within our client’s organisation to ensure customers receive the best possible service.
  • Using CRM software to update customer profiles & note outcomes of phone calls.
  • Taking responsibility for your own work by meeting deadlines & ensuring all work is completed by the end of each day.
