Are you a Customer Service Advisor working in the Hull area and looking to work for a large business with plenty of career opportunities? Are employee benefits important to you as well as continued training and development?

Following a period of growth, our client is looking for an additional Customer Service Advisor to join their team.  They invest a lot in their employees with training, support and personal development as well as offering the opportunity to work in a modern open-plan office with free car parking available.

What the job involves

  • Working in this busy and outgoing team you will be speaking to customers over the phone and via email.
  • Dealing with any queries as well as taking payments.
  • Building long-lasting relationships with your customers and internal colleagues
  • Working with your customer to make sure that they work within agreed credit limits and payment terms.

Skills required

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced role from within a face-to-face or contact centre environment.
  • An assertive and empathetic nature
  • The drive to deliver results for the business.
  • Self-managed and able to work on your own initiative.
  • Good computer skills, specifically Excel as you will be working on a variety of Excel reports as well as SAGE.

Other information

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday (40 hours) to work around core business hours typically between 8.30am to 5pm with 30 minutes lunch (but you could start and finish earlier if preferred),  there is free car parking available on site along with a number of other employee benefits, which include Perkbox Style Discount Scheme, Uniform (Hoodie and T-shirt), mental health 1st aiders, study support for the right candidates and modern office space.
