Diamond Search Recruitment are excited to be representing our client, a well-established, successful, and exciting design & manufacturing business. Recruiting for an Customer Service Coordinator based in Ashford, Kent.

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-4pm

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure that all customer enquiries which are received within the Business by way of Sales Email, Post and the ABI lead Generator, are addressed by way of verbal and written confirmation of receipt, pre-qualifying enquiry type, registration onto the company’s Internal Management System and then allocated to the relevant business.
  • All enquires are addressed within the given time frame usually 24-48 hours from time of receipt
  • On behalf and in conjunction with the Estimating team follow up the quotes which result from the enquires in.
  • To record any changes to a given enquiry and record information which could be vital to the quote process
  • Actively use and generate 'New Business Leads’ within the ABI system. associated products brands
  • Record all information and compline to the newly created Architectural Database. 8. Produce evidence of activity in terms of enquiries, projects and orders directly associated to leads.

Requirements:

  • Previous telephone and/or customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Be well organised - able to prioritise and work to deadlines.
  • Self-motivated to achieve great results across a number of KPI’s.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
  • A team player that can work well within a team or individually.
