We are looking for someone who has customer service experience within the retail and fashion industry, along with a good knowledge of WMS systems!

Do you have experience dealing with wholesale or ecommerce orders? Do you have excellent communication skills? Do you have a good eye for detail?

Customer Service Coordinator Duties:

Issue booking documents
Creating orders
Produce shipping documents
Dealing with any stock queries
Liaising with couriers and forwarders about shipping
Work with the warehouse team
