Job Description

We have a brand new opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator / Administrator to join a successful team in Crawley. If you are great at building and maintaining relationships and love talking to people please get in touch today!

Salary: £23k-£25k DOE

Location: Office based in Crawley, free parking on site.

Days / hours: Monday- Friday 9am-6pm

Customer Service Coordinator / Administrator duties:

  • Respond to queries in a timely and professional manner via email, and phone
  • Booking appointments
  • Renewing existing contracts
  • Be the first point of contact for any queries

The ideal Customer Service Coordinator / Administrator will have:

  • Experience answering calls with a friendly & polite manner
  • High attention to detail
  • Keeping the database up to date
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
