The Customer Service Exec Opportunity:

As a Customer Service Exec you will work under the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of services to our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Maintaining and developing client accounts, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
+ Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
+ Handling day-to-day customer issues and queries with professionalism and efficiency
+ Retaining customers through proactive communication and problem-solving
+ Managing the ordering process for various telecommunications services, including licences, CPS, WLR, Data, Number Porting, and SIP Services
+ Ensuring compliance with SLAs and escalation procedures
+ Processing orders and tickets within specified timeframes
+ Providing training and support to team members as needed

About you:

+ Excellent telephone and written communication skills
+ Proficiency with Office 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
+ Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Attention to detail and a focus on achieving high levels of accuracy
+ Flexible work approach and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
+ Experience working with CRMs
