Customer Service / Claims Assistant - About The Job:
Are you interested in using your customer service experience to start a new and progressive career within the Insurance market?
Our client are a very successful and growing Insurance Company with a vibrant office based in Swansea and we presently have numerous vacancies through business expansion.

Outline:
We are looking for candidates that have good Customer Service experience to begin a career within the Insurance industry, working within the Underwriting teams, accepting and managing risks and cover.
In addition we are looking for people with an investigative mindset to work within the Motor, Personal Injury, Credit Hire, Incident Management and Fraud Claims teams.
If successful you will be given full training in the Insurance Underwriting or Claims procedures, to the extent where you will eventually be making liability decisions, handling complex Underwriting decisions to handling serious insurance claims, at all times ensuring the customer is given top class Customer Service and supported throughout the insurance process at all times.
