Description

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be working for a reputable law firm within a regulated environment handling a high volume of calls and ensuring the best level of customer service at all times.

You will be managing your own caseload of customers making sure service level agreements are exceeded and the process is as smooth and efficient as possible.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to handle high volume
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
  • Knowledge of the Professional Services industry.
  • The ability to work well in a team setting.
