  • Provide essential information to other departments to facilitate a seamless service experience.
  • Handle order, pricing, and invoice queries efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to discuss department priorities, manage workload, and support one another in delivering the highest standard of service to the business.
