Description

Key responsibilities of a Customer Service Assistant:

  • Customer service and administration
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all enquiries are resolved promptly.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Performing duties in other departments to meet critical company objectives, if required.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Working to company values at all times
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

A successful Customer Service Assistant should have:
