Customer Service Assistant

Greenford, Middlesex

£34,000 + Pension

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hardworking and friendly Customer Service Assistant to join a successful local Company who provide excellent training and opportunities for progression.

Some of your duties will include:

- Working as part of the customer service team to deliver excellent support to clients over the telephone

- Managing customer enquiries recording details of all calls managed on the computer system

- Developing strong work relationships with customers and understanding their ordering patterns

- Inputting customer orders on to the computer system and tracking progress through to successful delivery

- Investigating customer after sales issues, finding a suitable resolution

- Maintaining a computerised database system and updating information held when necessary
